Prime 1 Care provides flexible and supportive Community Access services that help individuals with disability actively participate in everyday community life. Our goal is to support participants to build confidence, social connections, and independence while engaging in activities that matter to them.
Whether it’s attending appointments, social outings, recreational activities, or developing life skills, our team is here to support safe, meaningful, and enjoyable community participation.
Community Access is an NDIS-funded support that enables participants to engage in social, recreational, and everyday community activities. It focuses on reducing isolation, building independence, and supporting individuals to feel confident navigating their community.
At Prime 1 Care, Community Access is always tailored—based on each participant’s interests, abilities, and goals.
We support participants to choose activities they genuinely enjoy—ensuring community access is meaningful, not just routine.
Our trained support workers ensure participants feel safe, respected, and supported while navigating community environments.
Community Access is typically funded under Core Supports or Capacity Building Supports within an NDIS plan, depending on individual goals.
If you’re unsure about your funding or need help preparing for a plan review, our team can guide you through your options.
