Our support coordinators manage the transition for you including closing out arrangements with your previous provider, transferring any relevant history and setting up new service agreements. Most transitions are completed within two weeks.
Our client support line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. For participants with overnight or complex support needs, we coordinate with your plan to ensure appropriate staffing.
