We support participants across the Parramatta LGA, including Parramatta CBD, Harris Park, Westmead, Merrylands, Granville and surrounding suburbs, as part of our wider range of NDIS services.
Our home care service supports participants to live independently, with help matched to routine, language and specific needs. This includes assistance with daily living, personal care, meal support and household tasks — delivered by consistent support workers.
For participants with more involved medical needs, our community nursing team provides clinical care in the home, including wound care, medication management and post-surgical support, coordinating with your treating hospital or GP where relevant.

Day-to-day in-home support covers meal preparation, mobility assistance and companionship. Where needed, this can be paired with respite and short-term accommodation to give carers a break while support continues.
Parramatta is home to large communities speaking Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Arabic, Cantonese, Mandarin and other languages. We have bilingual support workers and can arrange interpreter services for planning meetings, let us know your language preference when you enquire.
Prime 1 Care has been instrumental in helping my son develop the skills and confidence to live independently. Their disability support workers are professional, caring, and truly understand what person-centered support means. We couldn't be happier with the service.
After my accident, I wasn't sure I'd ever be able to live in my own home again. The in-home disability support from Prime 1 Care has made that possible. They don't just help with tasks—they help me rebuild my independence.
Working as a disability support worker with Prime 1 Care has been the most rewarding career decision I've ever made. The training, support, and opportunities for growth are exceptional, and every day I get to make a real difference.
