How the NDIS Works for Sydney Participants
The NDIS provides funding for Australians under 65 with permanent and significant disability, covering supports such as personal care, allied health, home modifications, assistive technology and skill building for independence.
In Sydney, participants access these supports through registered providers, with Local Area Coordination partners helping connect people to appropriate local services. Sydney’s sheer geographic size, from the coast to the outer west, means travel time and local service availability can vary significantly between suburbs, something we factor into how we roster and allocate staff.
As a provider registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, our service delivery, staff conduct and safeguarding practices are held to the Commission’s standards.
